As always Gordon Ramsey teaches you how to make incredible dishes, the book has a lot of different recipes that are simple and delicious, it explains you the basics of cooking in an easy way to understand. I have like 50 books about cooking and Gordon's books are always my favorite. What I liked too about the recipes is that many of them are healthy and that goes well with my diet so I can include them in my daily meals. I think this book reflects Gordon's passion and high standards for food

Almost all of the recipes are healthy
Easy to find ingredients
High quality recipes
Cons:
I love chocolate but there aren't many recipes with chocolate in the book
Favorite Recipes so far:

Love this book for its simplicity Watched the TV series which I normally would not do as I have never really liked gordon ramsey, but was pleasantly surprised as how different he was with his family present. This is a book I would recommend to new cooks, presents to children going flatting etc. very simple easy recipes and good tips. Anyone could confidently cook an amazing meal for friends/family without too much stress.
